Privacy Policy

Your information is yours. I treat it that way.

This policy explains what I collect when you reach out, how I use it, and the steps I take to keep it private. It is written in plain language — no buried clauses, no fine print.

Last updated: August 2026

Information I Collect

When you reach out through the contact form, by phone, or by email, I collect the details you choose to share — your name, email address, phone number, whether you are an individual or a business owner, a description of the tax problem you are facing, and any message you include. If we work together, I will also collect the financial and tax documents necessary to represent you.

I do not collect information through hidden tracking beyond the basic analytics needed to understand how the site is used (such as which pages are visited). I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, assess your situation, and — if you choose to work with me — prepare and pursue your case before the IRS or state taxing authority. Your details help me give you an honest, informed assessment of your options.

I may also use your contact information to follow up with you about your request or our engagement. I will not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

How I Protect Your Information

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems and is handled under the standards of professional representation. Access is limited to me and, where strictly necessary, to the secure platforms I use to manage your case. I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but I treat your information with the same care I would expect for my own.

When I Share Your Information

I do not share your information with the IRS, any state taxing authority, or any third party without your permission — except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to pursue your representation at your direction, or needed to protect against fraud or legal obligation.

If a Power of Attorney is filed on your behalf, it is filed with your explicit approval and authorizes me — and only me — to speak with the agency about your account.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are helpful and how visitors find me. These tools do not identify you personally. I do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks.

How Long I Keep Your Information

I retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of any engagement and the recordkeeping period that follows it. You may ask me to delete your inquiry details at any time, subject to any legal or professional obligations to retain records.

Your Choices

You are never obligated to share more than you are comfortable with. You may request access to the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows. To make any of these requests, contact me directly using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, I will update this page. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted here so you can always see what is current.
