I do this work because I genuinely like helping people.
I'm the founder of MV Tax Resolutions PLLC, and I help individuals and small business owners resolve IRS and state tax problems. I'm a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist — but the reason I do this is simpler than any credential: I like helping people out of situations that feel impossible.
When a tax notice lands, it carries a weight that reaches into every part of a person's life. I find real meaning in being the one who steps in, lifts that weight, and replaces panic with a clear plan. There is nothing routine about it to me — every person who calls is someone I take on personally.
That's why I work with only a few clients at a time. I'd rather give a handful of people truly high-touch, expert service than spread myself thin across a volume of cases. When you work with me, you work with me — directly, from first call to final resolution.

Regulated calm, not urgency and fear.

Honesty Before Hope
I tell you plainly what is possible and what is not. No inflated promises, no scare tactics — only an honest assessment of your real options.
Confidentiality as Standard
Your situation is private by default. Every conversation, document, and filing is protected by the standards of professional representation.
You Stay in Control
I guide and negotiate, but every decision is yours. Nothing is filed, accepted, or submitted without your explicit approval.
Personalized, Not Assembly-Line
Your case is handled by me directly and personally — not handed off to a case manager you never meet. The strategy is built around your finances, not a template.
You'll speak with me — not a call center.
Because I work with a small number of clients, I'm able to be reachable and responsive. Reach out by phone or email, or schedule a confidential consultation through the contact page.
Every conversation is confidential and protected by the standards of professional representation.
Let's start with a conversation.
No obligation, no pressure — just a clear, confidential review of your situation and the options available to you.
Your information is protected by Power of Attorney standards. Nothing is shared without your direction.
