Straight answers to the questions that matter most.
If your question isn't here, ask it directly during your consultation — every question is welcome, and nothing leaves the room without your direction.
I step between you and the IRS or state taxing authority. After a confidential review of your account, I build a resolution strategy, file a Power of Attorney so the agency speaks with me instead of you, negotiate the best available outcome, and manage the case through to a documented close. You remain informed and in control of every decision.
Most IRS notices carry deadlines, and some — like a Final Notice of Intent to Levy — trigger collection action after 30 days. The earlier we begin, the more options remain available. If you have received a levy notice or a deadline within days, contact me right away so I can act to protect your accounts and wages.
Not always. Depending on your finances, you may qualify for an Offer in Compromise that settles the debt for less than the full amount, a penalty abatement that removes added charges, or an installment agreement with payments you can sustain. I assess every available path and recommend the one most favorable to your situation.
Completely. Your consultation is confidential and protected by the standards of representation and attorney-client privilege where applicable. Nothing you share is disclosed to the IRS, the state, or any third party without your permission.
Fees are fixed and quoted in writing before any work begins, based on the complexity of your case — never an open-ended hourly rate. After your consultation, you receive a clear engagement letter outlining scope and cost, with no obligation to proceed.
Yes. I resolve matters with state taxing authorities as well, including state installment agreements, offers, lien releases, and audit defense. Many clients carry both federal and state balances, and I coordinate the resolution of both.
No ethical representative can guarantee an IRS or state outcome. What I guarantee is a thorough, honest assessment of your options, diligent preparation and negotiation of your case, and clear communication at every step. I will never promise a result I cannot deliver.
