Most IRS notices carry deadlines, and some — like a Final Notice of Intent to Levy — trigger collection action after 30 days. The earlier we begin, the more options remain available. If you have received a levy notice or a deadline within days, contact me right away so I can act to protect your accounts and wages.

Not always. Depending on your finances, you may qualify for an Offer in Compromise that settles the debt for less than the full amount, a penalty abatement that removes added charges, or an installment agreement with payments you can sustain. I assess every available path and recommend the one most favorable to your situation.
